Homepage answers and estimates
Your business stage, business type, priority, problem duration or launch stage, and optional appointment-value inputs stay in this browser tab’s session storage for up to two hours. They personalize the journey and carry into your booking or enquiry so you do not need to repeat them. You can edit or remove these answers before sharing them. The calculator uses your figures to estimate gross appointment capacity; it does not measure lost revenue or predict results.
Planner data
Planner choices stay in the current page. The planner does not collect personal details to create the summary. You can copy or download your summary without sharing it. Sending it to us is optional.
Message form
The direct message form collects your name, reply email, optional business name, project type and message. After you review and send, the message is delivered to our mailbox through Resend. We do not automatically send you a copy or write these enquiries to a CRM. The draft, review step and send reference use this browser tab’s session storage so you can retry without re-entering details. This storage is normally cleared when the tab closes.
Middlesy AI assistant
The assistant’s interface, images and visitor session load in the background so the chat opens faster. When you send a message, Middlesy processes it through xAI to generate an answer; conversations and usage are saved in Middle’s PlanetScale database and delivered through Cloudflare. A visitor token is kept in local storage to reconnect your conversation, and session storage remembers the dismissed greeting. Middle can review conversations to support enquiries and improve answers. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive information. The assistant gives information and links; it cannot reserve, confirm, change or cancel appointments or send an enquiry for you. Contact support@middlernd.com for access or deletion requests.
Booking a call
The fit call request collects your name, business name, phone number and email, what you are considering when the homepage asks, your homepage answers when you gave them, an optional note, and on the contact page the day and time you would like, chosen from our published conversation hours and shown in your browser's time zone. It saves your draft in this browser tab for up to two hours so you can go back or reload without starting over. Nothing is sent until you choose Book my fit call; you see the exact message first. Booking emails that message to our mailbox through Resend, as the message form does. We then confirm your call time by email or phone; a call is booked only once we confirm it. Google Calendar and Google Meet support scheduling and meetings.
How we use your information
We use enquiries to respond, discuss your project, deliver services and keep necessary business records. Enquiries remain in our mailbox or CRM as needed for these purposes.
Advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is on unless you turn it off. While it is on, Meta may process browser, device and network data and cookie identifiers, page views and generic journey actions. Our event code does not add names, emails, free-text form contents, your answers or calculator amounts. Booking a call does not imply consent to advertising measurement. You can change your choice using Advertising preferences on this Privacy page, linked from the footer. Your preference is stored in this browser.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@middlernd.com. We will handle your request subject to applicable obligations.
External sites and demonstrations
Lux Lash Spa is a separate site with its own privacy policy. Our interactive examples use sample data and do not send messages, create accounts or book appointments.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page performance for us without cookies or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare, Resend and the receiving email provider process information to provide hosting and email delivery. Do not submit sensitive records, payment card details or passwords through an enquiry form.
Change advertising preferences
Advertising measurement is on unless you turn it off here. It tells us which ads bring useful calls; it never includes your name, email, answers or figures.
