Booking a free 30-minute call or sending a message does not authorize paid work or create a client relationship. It is a conversation to assess fit.
Paid plan and preview
Every project starts with a paid standalone plan and working homepage preview. The preview includes one consolidated revision. The plan and preview cost is credited toward the build only if the client approves the full build in writing. If the client stops after the preview, they keep the plan and may use the delivered homepage copy and design. Completed preview work is not automatically refundable. The production site and ongoing Middlesy access are not included.
Build approval and staged payments
The full build begins only after written approval of scope and build-stage payment. The final balance is due after agreed launch checks and client sign-off, before public launch.
What is included
The Studio Booking System includes a five-page custom website, connection and verification of one compatible existing scheduler, Middlesy widget configuration, launch checks, staff walkthrough and 30 days of post-launch defect correction. It is designed for one-location beauty and wellness studios with up to 10 providers and 20 services, in one language.
Monthly management
Monthly management starts at accepted public launch and is billed in advance. It includes managed hosting, Middlesy, uptime and error alerts, a monthly booking check, conversation review and a short performance note. The monthly allowance is two total routine care hours and 1,000 AI replies, plus a $30 monthly communication allowance. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Extra work or usage needs client approval first. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
Ownership and handover
The client retains paid custom website work and their data, subject to third-party licenses. Managed hosting, Middlesy access and managed workflows end with service; we arrange handover first.
Client responsibilities
The client provides business information, service details, existing identity assets, scheduler access through approved invitations, and timely feedback at each stage. Dates depend on the client's inputs, access and approvals.
Changes and separate costs
Scope changes are agreed in writing and may affect the quote. Scheduler, domain, payment processing and excess usage costs are separate and disclosed before work starts. Extra pages, custom booking development, ongoing SEO, ads, branding, photography, legal work and portals or internal tools are not included.
No guarantees
We do not promise search rankings, bookings, revenue, staff replacement or any other business outcome. Results depend on the client's traffic, offer, market and follow-through.
