It answers approved service and policy questions, helps visitors choose the right next step, and connects them to your scheduler and contact path. Direct appointment actions, payments, CRM updates and outbound messaging require separately scoped, approved and tested integrations.

Start with a free fit call. The $500 paid Plan & Preview is standalone work credited toward the $4,997 setup. After written build approval, pay $2,500; the final $1,997 follows agreed checks and your sign-off, before launch. Monthly management is $697 from accepted public launch. Required third-party costs and extra scope or usage are separate and disclosed before you commit.

Plan and preview
See your homepage before committing to the build.
Every project starts with a paid standalone plan and a working homepage preview. The preview includes one consolidated revision. If you approve the full scope, the plan cost is credited toward the build. If you stop after the preview, you keep the plan and may use the delivered homepage copy and design; the production site and ongoing Middlesy access are not included. Completed preview work is not automatically refundable. No build balance is due unless you approve the full build in writing.
Month-to-month care
Managed service is month to month, billed in advance, with 30 days written cancellation. It includes two total routine care hours and 1,000 AI replies per month, plus a $30 monthly communication allowance. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Extra work or usage needs your approval first. You retain paid custom work and data subject to licenses; managed hosting, Middlesy and workflows end with service, with handover arranged first.
Your part in the project
You provide business information, service details, existing identity assets, scheduler access through approved invitations, and timely feedback at each stage. We work in accounts you own where possible. Scheduler, domain, payment processing and excess usage costs are separate and disclosed before work starts.
